1. Shipping & Delivery Time

  • We ship orders Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

  • Orders are normally dispatched within 3 working days of confirmation. If you select a specific delivery date at checkout which is later, we’ll dispatch accordingly.

  • Typical delivery time is 5-8 working days domestically, depending on your location. Remote or rural areas may take longer.

2. Shipping Services

  • We partner with reputed courier agencies to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • If courier services are unavailable in your area, we reserve the right to use government registered postal/parcel services.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Product prices listed on the website include GST, but do not include shipping/delivery charges. These will be calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, and destination.

  • For orders exceeding a certain value Rs 3000, we may waive or reduce shipping charges, at our discretion.

4. Delivery Address & Accuracy

  • Delivery will be made to the address you provide at the time of order. Please ensure this is complete and correct.

  • We are not responsible for delayed or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

5. Damaged or Tampered Goods

  • If your package is visibly damaged or seal is broken on arrival, please refuse to accept it from the courier.

  • Immediately contact our customer care via WhatsApp at 7418264049 / 9500683960 or by email with your Order ID. Include photos of the damage.

  • Make sure original tags, packaging, and product condition are intact when returning.

6. Tracking & Updates

  • Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking link or shipment reference so you can monitor its progress.

  • If transit seems delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us so we can check with courier.

7. Cancellations & Returns at Shipping Stage

  • If you wish to cancel before dispatch, contact us immediately. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. You’ll need to follow our Returns & Refund Policy.

  • If a product is wrong, damaged, or missing items upon receipt, we will arrange for a return, replacement, or refund per our Returns Policy.

8. Force Majeure & Delays

  • We are not liable for delays due to unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, governmental restrictions).

  • In such cases, we will strive to inform you and keep you updated.
